I really think this is a lie!!! I have done business with this company for awhile and I have had NO ISSUE getting my money back. It is a little upsetting when you don't have the correct paperwork but it's for your own GOOD. It is a bond company and we do have a lot of issue with stolen identity's now days. Plus there dealing with all type of criminals. Once they explained why they do it this way it made complete since to me and I thank them. I was in the office one day when a guy came in trying to take his wife's collateral money and the young lady at the front desk WOULD NOT RETURN IT TO HIM. HE WAS NOT THE DEPOSITOR. The guy was very upset. The young lady handle it VERY WELL. When the owner came out he explained that he wasn't the depositor and the guy left. I have been dealing with Chris for awhile and he is a very nice guy. By the way what does race or size have to do with anything????.... smh! ppl get a life. Trust me this review is not true.
